From the moment I set foot on a boat, I knew my life would be tied to the sea. I have worked as a Lead Deckhand in the yachting industry, specializing in maintenance, shipyard operations, navigation, and vessel deliveries. However, my calling goes beyond working on board: I want to transform the maritime industry with a more human, sustainable, and conscious approach. That’s why I offer mentorship for those starting in this field and provide assistance with any onboard emergencies, leveraging my experience, knowledge, and network of contacts.

Moreover, I have developed a deep sensitivity toward people's health and well-being through my nursing studies. This perspective has led me to promote initiatives focused on the physical and mental health of seafarers, including a project within the Santander Explorer entrepreneurship program.

Over the years, I expanded my career into yacht and mooring brokerage, helping clients find the ideal vessel or the perfect berth in my area while making a difference by treating clients the way I would like to be treated. This journey has allowed me to develop strong sales and negotiation skills.

But my commitment doesn’t stop there. Through RápitaNeta, the volunteer group I founded, I promote the cleaning of natural spaces, beaches, and streets to improve public health, protect local flora and fauna, and enhance the image of our city while also fostering the integration of young migrants. My vision is to turn this initiative into an organization that creates jobs while protecting the environment, offering real opportunities to those who need them most—giving a chance to people whom no one else gives one. As an immigrant myself, I know how difficult it is to live in another country and start from scratch.
