• Helping newcomers in the yachting industry by sharing all I know: certifications, skills, and networking tips.

• Promoting seafarers' physical and mental health to ensure a balanced life at sea.

• As an advocate for seafarers, especially yacht crew, I collaborate with international organizations such as Nautilus and ISWAN to promote their rights and help improve the yachting industry.
